Any release of ReservePro version 4.x

This updated system adds a new ROUND function for use in user-defined tables. This new function will round all values in the resulting table based on parameters passed to the function.

This update also fixes a couple of minor incidents reported by our clients.

This update is optional.  It is only necessary if you want the fixes to the above issues.

This is a full system, not a patch.  It does not require an earlier version of the system on the computer before this release can be installed. It will, therefore, require that you enter your serial number during the installation process.

ReservePro version 4.7a only
This patch does not work with versions 4.6 and prior

This patch addresses two minor issues reported in earlier builds of version 4.7a:

• This update allows you to use the system's "undocumented" capability of entering Excel-like formulas in data entry fields (white cells) throughout the system to perform quick mathematical calculations -- for example, entering "=average(cell, cell, cell )" to enter the average of three cell values into the current cell.
• When working with Development Factor Libraries, you can now select which layer you want to work with, regardless of whether or not you have a ReservePro file open at the time.

This update is optional.  It is only necessary if you want the fixes to the above two issues.

The file above is a self-extracting ZIP file.  When you download and run it, it will expand into a new ReservePro program file that will replace an existing file with the same name.

1. Right-click the link above and select Save Target As... (in Firefox, Save Link As...) to download the file.  Save it in the location where ReservePro is currently installed.

• If you accepted the default configuration during installation, ReservePro is installed in the directory
  C:\Program Files\Milliman\ReservePro.
• If you have a network implementation, you will most likely find the ReservePro program in
  <N:>\Program Files\Milliman\ReservePro Network Edition/BIN

2. Make sure ReservePro is not running.

3. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder where ReservePro is installed, and where you saved the above file.

4. Locate your current copy of the file respro.exe and rename that file to respro.old.

5. In the same folder, double-click on the reservepro_patch_47a.exe that you downloaded.  Confirm that the target directory ("Unzip to folder") is the ReservePro program directory.  If not, change the Unzip to folder to your ReservePro program directory.  Select Unzip to extract the new file respro.exe, then press Close.

6. After replacing the file with this new one, when you run ReservePro and go to Help|About ReservePro you should see:

Product ID: 470333-470331

After you have installed the patch, you can delete the downloaded file reservepro_patch_47a.exe.

ReservePro version 4.6 only

In ReservePro v4.6, user-defined scalars may not save their values upon saving and closing the file. When you enter a value, save and close the file, and then re-open the file, the scalar's value may be blank.

This update is optional.  It is only necessary if your analysis includes and relies upon user-defined scalars.

After you have installed the patch, you can delete the downloaded file reservepro_patch_46A.exe.
